How do I receive my artwork after purchase?

All RAIGDigital products are digital downloads. Once your payment is confirmed, you’ll receive an email with the instant download link. No physical items are shipped.

2. What file formats are included?

Our artwork is delivered in 300 DPI high‑resolution formats (typically JPG, PNG, WEPB or ZIP). Specific formats are listed in the packaging note in included in every download file.

Can I request a custom size or format?

Yes. If you need a different resolution or file type, contact us at support@raigdigital.art and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Do you offer refunds on digital downloads?

Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final. Refunds are only issued in cases of duplicate purchase or technical error (e.g., corrupted file or failed delivery).

Can I use the artwork commercially?

Our downloads are for personal use only unless otherwise stated. For commercial licensing inquiries, please reach out to us directly at support@raigdigital.art

What if I don’t receive my download link?

Check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still don’t see it, email us at support@raigdigital.art and we’ll resend your files promptly.

 Do you offer physical prints?

Currently, RAIGDigital specializes in digital downloads only. You can print our files at home or through your preferred professional print shop.

 How do I know the artwork will look good when printed?

All files are prepared at 300 DPI high resolution suitable for professional printing. We recommend using a trusted print service for best results.

Can I share the files with friends or family?

No. Each purchase is licensed for individual use only. Please encourage others to support the artist by purchasing their own copy.
